• 1 glass cake stand
• 1 10" clear low designer bowl
• floater candles (4 or more)
• 2 pkgs. white crystal fiber
  
• flowers (optional)

Step 1

Take your crystal fiber (1 1/2 pkg.) and arrange it around the bottom of the glass cake stand.

Step 2

Place the designer bowl in the center of the cake stand. Place the remaining crystal fiber around the designer bowl.

Step 3

Fill the designer bowl with water (as much as you desire).

Step 4

Add flowers around the designer bowl, you can add flower petals inside the bowl if you desire.
