Checklist
When choosing a photographer or videographer you must always consider the 'BUDGET', photo's can be very costly because you are trying to capture every second of that special event. It's recommend that you spend approximately 5% of your budget on photography and 3% on videography.
Photographers’ fees are usually calculated by the number of hours spent on location (including prep time), and the number of photos produced. Sometimes they have a fixed fee for an event, but regardless, photography prices vary greatly depending on the photographer’s experience, reputation, and the quality of work. If lengthy travel is required,
you can expect to pay more than the standard rate.
